Finding the Beyond 2010 application process simple and efficient and the eligibility criteria clear, Insure & Go sent 5 of their staff on an ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management course.

As their specific training requirements were met, Insure & Go has seen individuals grow in confidence; feel empowered and better equipped to make decisions. This has taken the pressure off of senior managers and seen increased efficiency, adding value to their business.
The Beyond 2010 business support programme is delivered by Essex County Council and funded by the European Social Fund and East of England Development Agency. The Financial Service Skills Council work with Essex County Council to deliver the Financial Services sector for Beyond 2010.
