Ronaldo Ices
Ronaldo Ices are a successful small ice-cream manufacturing business based in Norwich. They identified several areas where extra training would be beneficial to the business.
Through Beyond 2010, Ronaldo Ices were able to use funding to maximise their training budget for courses in advanced food safety and operation and management of machinery.
The Beyond 2010 funding has enabled us to access skills we would not otherwise have gained.

As a result of the training the business has not only seen improvements in energy efficiency, they have also reduced costs for maintaining equipment and received a 5 star rating for food hygiene from their local authority. By investing in key staff they have also improved product performance and internal processes.
