The marketing team attended web design training which has developed their animation and web skills, which has enabled them to re-design the website for visitors to view. And those who attended the management training have developed their office management skills and become more confident in their leadership style.
The training has already delivered substantial cost savings, as the marketing team have brought all sites in house and can now update them when required, rather than outsource the work to a third party.
The Beyond 2010 business support programme is delivered by Essex County Council and funded by the European Social Fund and East of England Development Agency. East of England Tourism work with Essex County Council to deliver the Tourism & Olympics 2012 sector for Beyond 2010.
